Dispatch Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to oversee dispatch operations, floor coordination, and documentation activities. The ideal candidate will manage loading/unloading, dispatch scheduling, labour coordination, and stock handling, ensuring timely and error-free movement of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, team management capability, and hands-on experience in warehouse/dispatch operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Supervise accurate loading and unloading of stock as per the daily dispatch plan.

•Ensure correct picking, packing, labelling, and preparation of material for dispatch.

•Monitor and execute dispatches as per schedule, ensuring on-time delivery.

•Cross-check items, quantities, and documentation to ensure error-free dispatches.

•Coordinate with labourers and floor helpers to maintain smooth workflow.

•Train new and existing staff on loading, stacking, safety, and documentation procedures.

•Maintain and update daily stock, dispatch records, and inventory logs.

•Coordinate closely with transporters, sales department, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.

•Identify operational issues on the floor and assist in improving dispatch processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in dispatch and logistics handling with the ability to manage daily dispatch operations smoothly.

• Ability to coordinate warehouse floor activities and maintain efficient workflow.

• Capable of managing stock and inventory records accurately and monitoring material movement.

• Able to supervise labour teams and ensure proper loading, unloading, and safety practices.

• Good documentation and reporting skills with the ability to maintain necessary dispatch records.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle operational issues quickly and effectively.

• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel, with familiarity in ERP/Tally considered an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
