Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the dispatch schedule to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers or warehouses.

• Coordinate with production, stores, and transport teams to prepare materials for dispatch.

• Generate and verify dispatch documents including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, gate passes, and transport documents.

• Monitor vehicle loading and unloading activities to ensure accuracy and safety.

• Maintain records of dispatched goods, transporters, and delivery status in ERP/MIS systems.

• Liaise with transporters and logistics partners for vehicle availability and cost optimization.

• Track deliveries and resolve issues related to delayed shipments or missing/damaged goods.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, documentation, and road permits.

• Assist in monthly stock audits and reconciliation related to dispatch.

• Maintain dispatch area cleanliness, material handling safety, and system discipline.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate in any stream (preferably B.Com, BBA, or Logistics-related).

• 2–4 years of experience in dispatch/logistics roles in a manufacturing unit.

• Familiar with ERP systems (Tally, SAP, etc.) and e-way bill portal.

• Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting.

• Good knowledge of transport documentation and shipping procedures.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle pressure and coordinate with multiple departments.
