We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to join our team at at Shree Balaji Roadlines. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination & Planning
- Ability to schedule and manage dispatch operations efficiently
- Route planning and timely vehicle allocation
Communication Skills
- Clear coordination with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients
- Handling calls, emails, and updates professionally
Time Management
- Ensuring on-time dispatch and delivery
- Managing multiple shipments simultaneously
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Handling invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills
- Maintaining dispatch records and reports

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
