🔎 Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Floater for our B2C E-commerce Warehouse Operations. The candidate will work across multiple departments and support operations wherever required to ensure smooth workflow and timely order processing.

This role requires strong operational knowledge, flexibility, and the ability to handle pressure during peak workload or team absenteeism.

🏬 Departments You Will Work With

1️⃣ Procurement

Purchase products from vendors as per requirement

Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock availability

Maintain proper documentation and follow-ups

2️⃣ Returns & Refunds

Process returns for defective or damaged products

Follow up for vendor refunds

Track return shipments to ensure timely warehouse receipt

3️⃣ Quality Check (QC)

Inspect received products for quality standards

Check expiry dates, packaging condition, and damages

Ensure products meet company compliance before packaging

4️⃣ Packaging

Ensure proper packaging as per company SOP

Maintain accuracy in SKU and order matching

Handle bulk and priority orders efficiently

5️⃣ Dispatch

Generate manifests and create E-way bills

Coordinate with mapped courier partners

Track shipments and resolve delays with courier companies

Ensure timely dispatch of orders

✅ Required Skills

Strong understanding of warehouse & logistics operations

Experience in E-commerce / Retail / FMCG industry preferred

Good coordination and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Process-oriented and detail-focused
