Logistics Dispatch Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Quotation & Dispatch Executive to handle customer quotations, order processing, dispatch coordination, and delivery documentation. The candidate should have good communication, coordination, and basic computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

Quotation & Order Processing

• Prepare and send quotations to customers based on their requirements.

• Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.

• Follow up on quotations and maintain quotation records.

• Process customer purchase orders and verify order details.

• Prepare invoices, proforma invoices, and other related documents as required.
  

Dispatch & Logistics

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Arrange transportation and coordinate with transporters and courier partners.

• Prepare delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, and dispatch documents.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure order accuracy.

• Track shipments and update customers regarding delivery status.

• Maintain dispatch records and resolve delivery-related issues.
  

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Experience in quotation preparation, order processing, or dispatch coordination is an advantage.
  

Qualification: Any graduate or relevant diploma.

Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
