Job description – Sales Person (Male)

We are hiring an Electrical Sales Engineer who is responsible for selling our services and meeting client needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential client.

·       organize sales support, monitor status, and ensure achievement on a sustained basis.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Handle customer queries through voice support.

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues.

• Maintain client satisfaction and service quality.

• Update client records and coordinate with teams when required.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

• Promote and sell electrical products, control panels, automation solutions, and services.

• Sales person to support in client to understand technical requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers.

• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.

• Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for project execution.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing client and develop new clients.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.

Qualifications / Experience

·       Education: Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering and marketing, business administration, or a related field

·       Experience: Experience in technical sales, industrial sales, or electrical product sales preferred.

·       Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, client service, and sales skills.

·       Technical Knowledge: Ability to relate technical information to nontechnical client.

·       Leadership: Good leadership and teamwork skills.

·       Continuous Learning: Willingness to continue sales and engineering education.
Salary: 1,80,000 to 3,00000 per year + performance incentive
