Job Title: Dispatch Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely loading/unloading of material.

• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers for smooth dispatch.

• Maintain and update stock records, ensure material counting and order accuracy.

• Monitor stock levels, routing, and scheduling for deliveries.

• Conduct daily stock checks and support in warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.

• Prepare dispatch-related reports and ensure documentation accuracy.

Outcomes:

• Timely loading and dispatch of materials.

• Smooth coordination between warehouse, drivers, and customers.

• Accurate stock handling and record maintenance.

Competency:

• 12th Pass and above, with minimum 1+ year of experience in dispatch/warehouse operations.

• Strong coordination and organizational skills.

• Good communication (Hindi/English).

• Attention to detail, time management, and teamwork.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Dispatch software preferred).
