Job Title: Dispatcher (E-commerce Operations)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Dispatcher to manage daily order dispatch operations and ensure timely handover of shipments.

This role requires speed, coordination, and accuracy in handling orders, packaging flow, and dispatch timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Process and prepare orders for dispatch (RTD)
Ensure all shipments are packed and ready before cutoff time
Coordinate with warehouse team for smooth order flow
Generate and manage shipment manifests
Verify order details before dispatch (SKU, quantity, labels)
Ensure proper handover to delivery partners (FE)
Maintain daily dispatch records

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Excel / order sheets
Fast execution and ability to work under deadlines
Strong attention to detail (no wrong dispatch)
Ability to handle high order volumes
Good coordination and communication skills

Role Flexibility

This is a dynamic operations role
Responsibilities may expand into inventory, returns, or warehouse coordination
Training will be provided for all systems
