Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to join our team at Radhekrishna Traders. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹18000 - ₹25000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end procurement including RFQs, quotation comparison, PO, and supplier coordination.

2. Handle vendor onboarding, documentation, delivery follow-ups, and performance tracking.

3. Maintain commercial documents such as POs, GRNs, invoices, challans, and e-way bills with accuracy.

4. Monitor inventory levels, supported GRN entries, and coordinated with stores for material movement.

5. Assist in preparing and maintaining contracts, and compliance-related documentation.

6. Prepared MIS reports and performed basic commercial analysis for cost tracking and decision support.

   Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
