📢 JOB OPENING – DISPATCH INCHARGE 🏭 Manufacturing / Engineering Company – GIDC Palej, Bharuch 💼 POSITION Dispatch Incharge 🎓 QUALIFICATION ✔ Any Graduate (Preferred: Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain) ✔ Practical knowledge of dispatch & logistics operations mandatory 🎓 ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATION ✔ Diploma / Certification in Material Management / Logistics / Supply Chain ✔ Knowledge of Export-Import (EXIM) documentation ✔ ERP system training (SAP / Inventory Module preferred) ⏳ EXPERIENCE ✔ Minimum 5+ Years Experience in Dispatch / Logistics ✔ Must have experience in Manufacturing / Engineering Industry 🧾 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 🚚 DISPATCH OPERATIONS ✔ Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per production readiness ✔ Coordinate with production & stores for material availability ✔ Ensure proper packing, labeling & safe dispatch of materials ✔ Monitor and ensure on-time dispatch without delays

📄 DOCUMENTATION ✔ Prepare and verify all dispatch documents: • Delivery Challan • Tax Invoice • E-Way Bill • Packing List ✔ Maintain accurate dispatch records & documentation ✔ Ensure compliance with GST, statutory & transport requirements 🌍 EXPORT DOCUMENTATION ✔ Working knowledge of export dispatch documentation ✔ Handling documents such as: • Commercial Invoice • Packing List • LR / Transport / Shipping Documents ✔ Coordinate with CHA / transporters / export agencies 🚛 TRANSPORT & LOGISTICS ✔ Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement & route planning ✔ Negotiate freight and ensure cost-effective logistics ✔ Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers 🤝 CUSTOMER COORDINATION ✔ Coordinate with customers for dispatch planning & delivery schedules ✔ Share dispatch details before and after dispatch ✔ Handle customer queries regarding dispatch & delivery status 💻 TECHNICAL SKILLS ✔ Working knowledge of ERP / dispatch entry systems ✔ Hands-on experience with E-Way Bill portal ✔ Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel (tracking & reporting)
