Dispatch Executive

Position Title: Dispatch Supervisor

Department: Dispatch & Logistics

Location: Kalamboli

Reporting To: Logistics Manager / Plant Head

Number of Positions: 01

Education : Graduate

Experience Required: 2–3 years in dispatch/logistics, preferably in piping, fittings, or related engineering products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise day-to-day dispatch operations of pipes, tubes, and related instruments.

2. Coordinate with the store, sales, and production teams for timely dispatch.

3. Ensure proper packaging, loading/unloading, and handling of goods.

4. Verify material as per delivery challan and ensure accuracy in dispatch documentation.

5. Liaise with transporters and drivers for smooth and timely delivery.

6. Monitor vehicle movement and track deliveries.

7. Maintain records of dispatch, stock movement, and return goods if any.

8. Ensure safe handling of piping and instruments during storage & dispatch.

9. Support in generating e-way bills and assist in basic documentation.

10. Report daily dispatch activities to the Logistics/Plant Head.

Qualification & Skills:

·         Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

·         Basic knowledge of piping materials and instruments used.

·         Should have a valid two-wheeler driving license.

·         Familiar with dispatch operations and logistics processes.

·         Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Email).

·         Good communication and coordination skills.

Other Requirements:

·         Physically fit and able to handle field supervision.

·         Familiar with local areas around Kalamboli and nearby industrial hubs.

·         Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch schedules.

Working Hrs from (9:00am to 9:00pm) Day & Night Rotating Shift (Monthly 2 Sunday Weekly Off & 2 Sunday Working) Salary: Rs.16, 000 to Rs.20, 000 per month + BONUS (After Completion of One Year)
