Position: Dispatch, Billing & Management Executive

Department: Operations / Accounts / Logistics

Reporting To: Chief Marketing Officer

Location: Jabalpur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose

The Dispatch, Billing & Management Executive is responsible for coordinating material dispatch operations, preparing accurate billing documentation, managing logistics records, and ensuring smooth operational workflow between warehouse, accounts, and project teams. The role ensures timely delivery, compliance, and financial accuracy of dispatched orders.

Experience Required:

1–4 years experience in:

Dispatch operations

Billing or invoicing

Logistics coordination

Solar/EPC/Manufacturing industry preferred

Requirement:

Software Knowledge

MS Excel & MS Office

ERP/Accounting Software (Tally / Busy / SAP – preferred)

GST Portal & E-way Bill Portal

Authority & Responsibility:

Authorized to prepare dispatch documents.

Responsible for invoice accuracy before release.

Coordinate transporter arrangements with approval.

Maintain operational records.

Performance Expectations
