Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organised Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods. The candidate will coordinate with the Warehouse, Production, Accounts, Logistics partners, and customers to ensure smooth dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dispatch and shipment activities.

• Prepare dispatch plans as per customer orders and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with the Warehouse and Production teams for timely availability of finished goods.

• Verify product quantity, quality, packaging, and dispatch details before shipment.

• Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, invoices, packing lists, and delivery challans.

• Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and logistics vendors for timely dispatch and delivery.

• Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery status.

• Ensure correct loading, packing, labelling, and documentation of shipments.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and update dispatch reports.

• Coordinate with Accounts and Sales teams regarding invoices and customer requirements.

• Handle and resolve dispatch-related issues such as delays, shortages, damages, and delivery discrepancies.

• Monitor pending and completed dispatches and share regular updates with management.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company dispatch procedures.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Knowledge of ERP/Tally will be preferred.

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse, or Supply Chain operations.

• Experience in a manufacturing or e-commerce environment will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes.

• Ability to manage multiple shipments and dispatches simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented and organised.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
