Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage and streamline dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packaging products to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute daily dispatch activities
Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and documentation of shipments
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for order fulfillment
Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and shipment tracking details
Monitor inventory movement and ensure stock availability for dispatch
Liaise with transporters and courier partners for timely deliveries
Handle dispatch-related queries and resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: 2–3 years in dispatch/logistics/warehouse operations
Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry preferred

Skills Required

Strong organizational and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of inventory and dispatch processes
Familiarity with software for dispatch tracking (preferred)
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
