ANOTHER NEW OPENING URGENT BASIS

Job Title: Operations Associate (Logistics & Coordination)

Location: Ahmedabad (Managing Morbi Operations)

Openings: 03 (Male & Female candidates welcome)

Role Overview:

We are looking for sharp, proactive individuals to join our Operations team. You will be the bridge between our orders and their final delivery. This isn’t just a desk job; you will be responsible for the end-to-end flow of goods, from the moment an order is cleared until the vehicle leaves for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch Management: Coordinating vehicle movements and ensuring timely dispatch from Morbi.

Efficiency Mapping: Improving loading efficiency and optimizing transport costs to boost the bottom line.

Order Lifecycle: Managing the process from order clearing to final dispatch.

Technical Operations: Using Tally for data entry and records (Training will be provided).

Communication: Telecalling and active management to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

Shift Timings (Rotational):

Morning: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Note: Future night shifts (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) will be introduced.

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed CTC: ₹16,000 – ₹21,000 per month (Standard ESIC & PT deductions apply).

PF Flexibility: Option to relinquish PF if you do not have a pre-existing UAN.

Loyalty Bonus: ₹12,000 annual bonus on completion of 12 Months.

Performance Incentives: Eligible after 6 months. Exceptional performers can earn enough to effectively recover their ESIC and PT deductions.
