Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatch Executive to coordinate the timely dispatch of goods and ensure smooth communication between internal teams, transporters, and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule dispatches as per delivery timelines and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and delivery teams for timely dispatch of goods.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, gate passes, and delivery challans.

• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delivery issues.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and update dispatch logs or software systems.

• Communicate with customers regarding dispatch status, delays, or rescheduling.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations (e.g., E-way bills, transport permits).

• Handle customer complaints related to dispatches and resolve them efficiently.

• Assist in optimizing dispatch routes to reduce delivery times and fuel costs.
