Job Description – Dispatch Executive

Position: Dispatch Executive
Qualification: Any Graduate (Fresher or Experienced)
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)
Location: Factory / Plant Location

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan and execute daily dispatch of finished goods as per delivery schedule
Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as Invoice, Delivery Challan, E-way Bill, LR, Packing List, etc.
Coordinate with production, stores, logistics and transporters for timely dispatch
Ensure proper packing, labeling and loading of material
Maintain dispatch register, inward–outward records and MIS reports
Track dispatched material and follow up for POD / delivery confirmation
Handle customer and transporter coordination regarding delivery status
Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory requirements
Report dispatch shortages, damages or delays to seniors

Key Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of dispatch & logistics process
Familiarity with GST Invoice, E-way Bill (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, ERP (if any)
Good coordination & communication skills
Ability to work under dispatch deadlines
Honest, responsible and detail-oriented

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Experience in Printing / Packaging / Manufacturing industry
Knowledge of transport vendors & local routes
