Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing: Review, print, and process daily orders from platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or company websites.

Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse teams for picking/packing and courier partners for timely pickup and delivery.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory synchronization between internal systems and online dashboards.

Dispatch Documentation: Generate shipping labels, invoices, and maintain meticulous daily dispatch logs and reports.

Quality Control: Examine items for quality and weight compliance before shipping.

Customer Support & Returns: Handle returns, manage customer queries regarding shipments, and resolve delivery issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of e-commerce seller portals and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse operations, shipping procedures, and inventory software.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with logistics partners and team members.

Experience: Usually 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or warehouse logistics.

Education: Typically a minimum of a 12th pass, though a bachelor’s degree may be preferred.
