We are looking for a POD Executive to handle proof of Delivery documents and ensure accurate delivery status updates in the system.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and verify POD documents from delivery staff.
Check signatures , dates , stamps , and delivery details
Update POD status in Excel \ system \ portal
Follow up for missing or incorrect PODs
Coordinate with operations and delivery teams
Maintain proper POD records ( soft and hard copy )
Prepare daily / weekly POD reports
