Key Responsibilities::
• Manage purchase orders and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order placement, and timely deliveries.
• Handle dispatch planning and track material deliveries to project sites.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate material requirements with project and site teams.
• Update procurement and inventory data using ERP software and MS Excel.
• Ensure accurate documentation related to purchasing, dispatch, and inventory.
Preferred Candidate Profile::
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, dispatch, or inventory management within the ELV industry.
• Knowledge of ELV products such as CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Video Door Phone (VDP), Networking, and Structured Cabling.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
