1. Order Processing & Dispatch:
Download orders and print invoices and shipping labels from platforms like EasyEcom, Amazon, Myntra, etc.
Prioritize and process orders according to predefined timelines and SLAs
Ensure order accuracy by verifying that each packed item matches the corresponding invoice and product details
2. Packing:
Use appropriate branded packaging materials based on product type and platform-specific guidelines
Ensure all parcels are securely packed, properly sealed, and labeled correctly
Maintain consistency and quality standards across all packed shipments
3. Courier Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate daily pickups with assigned courier partners
Handover ready parcels to courier personnel against accurate manifests
Maintain signed proofs of dispatch and detailed handover logs for audit and tracking purposes
4. Daily Documentation & Tracking:
Maintain a daily log of all dispatched orders in a structured format
Track, organize, and file dispatch manifests and shipping logs for internal records and reconciliation
