Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the dispatch of sweets and dairy products, ensuring timely delivery, proper documentation, and compliance with food safety and logistics standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily dispatches as per orders and stock availability.

• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and internal teams for smooth dispatch.

• Ensure correct and timely preparation of invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatch and stock movement.

• Follow food safety norms and proper handling of perishable goods (cold chain).

• Resolve dispatch-related issues and report discrepancies.
