Job description

Prepare, pack, and label cakes for dispatch according to order sheets.

• Coordinate with the production and sales teams to ensure order readiness.

• Maintain dispatch schedule and ensure timely deliveries.

• Supervise loading of cakes into delivery vehicles with proper handling.

• Check product quantity, quality, and packaging before dispatch.

• Maintain records of dispatched orders, including invoices and delivery notes.

• Handle basic inventory checks for outgoing items.

• Ensure hygiene and cold chain requirements are met during loading.

• Follow SOPs for storage and handling of perishable items.

• Report any delivery issues or delays immediately to supervisors.
