Material Receipt & Verification Ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods against delivery challan & set Verify quantity, quality, and documentation (e.g. Unloading sheet / challans). System Entry & Documentation Record inward entries in SAP with 100% accuracy. Maintain updated logs and physical records for audits and traceability. Coordination & Communication Liaise with procurement, stores, and quality teams for smooth inward flow. Communicate discrepancies or damages immediately for resolution. If the material receipt is unset, it needs to be closed in coordination with customer. Inventory Management Support Assist in stock updates and bin allocations post inward. Flag excess or short receipts to inventory control teams. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety protocols during unloading. Continuous Improvement Identify bottlenecks in inward processes and suggest improvements. Participate in periodic reviews and contribute to process optimization.
