Dispatch Executive

Dispatch Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare material planning for dispatch based on customer requirements.

2. Conduct vehicle planning considering delivery schedules, cost, and capacity.

3. Operate SAP system for dispatch entries and process control.

4. Prepare and manage all dispatch-related documents including Loading Sheet, PDIR, Delivery Challan (DC), Invoices, and Packing Slip.

5. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all dispatches.

6. Track and monitor stock delivery to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

7. Maintain effective customer communication for dispatch status and delivery updates.

8. Conduct stock audit and +1 day planning to ensure dispatch readiness.

9. Must Have commercial knowledge to optimize vehicle cost, load capacity, and material handling.
