Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage daily dispatch activities.

  • Prepare dispatch documents (Invoice, E-way Bill, Challan, etc.).

  • Coordinate with transporters for timely shipment.

  • Maintain dispatch records and inventory updates.

  • Ensure proper packaging and loading of materials.

  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.

  • Maintain communication with clients regarding dispatch status.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel for reporting and data entry.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of inventory and store management.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software).

  • Good communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and time management.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
