Key Responsibilities Book porters/couriers for sending materials and samples. Keep the dispatch/shipping sheet updated with all outgoing records. Manage client samples – track, label, and organize properly. Save and update images of samples sent for records. Maintain and organize folders with dispatch data and documents. Update the orders dispatch sheet regularly. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely dispatch and follow-up. Assist in general office admin and documentation tasks. Skills & Qualities Good at organizing and keeping records. Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets. Detail-oriented and reliable. Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently. Prior office/dispatch/admin experience is useful but not required.
