Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to join our team at at Jani Farsan House Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. Job Summary

The Packaging Executive will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end packaging process for a variety of food products (namkeen, snacks), ensuring that all products are packed, sealed, and labeled according to quality and safety standards. The role involves managing packaging machinery, maintaining hygiene standards (GMP), and optimizing packaging materials to maximize shelf life.

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Packaging Supervision: Monitor the packing line, ensuring high-speed and accurate packaging of namkeen, farsan.

• Quality Control & Compliance: Inspect finished goods for packing defects, improper sealing, or incorrect labeling to ensure compliance with food safety protocols (GMP).

• Machine Operation & Efficiency: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the operational efficiency of packaging machinery.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production, packaging materials, and daily output (FIFO - First In, First Out).

• Hygiene & Safety: Ensure the packaging area maintains strict cleanliness and hygiene standards to prevent contamination.

  Job Requirements:

  The minimum qualification for this role is12th Passand0.5 - 3 years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
