• Receive and process dispatch orders from the sales and operations team.

• Prepare daily dispatch schedules and allocate transport accordingly.

• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure product availability.

• Supervise loading activities to ensure correct quantities and safe handling.

• Prepare dispatch-related documents such as delivery challans, invoices, and e-way bills.

• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities for reporting and audits.

• Handle returned goods, damages, and replacements as per company policy.

• Liaise with transporters, drivers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
