Dispatch Executive

• Coordinate the live dispatch of drivers for customer bookings Hulk System by smart Ping

• Monitor ongoing rides and ensure timely start and completion of assignments.

• Allocate drivers based on availability, location, and customer requirements using the company’s internal tools or systems.

• Act as the bridge between customers, drivers, and backend operations teams.

• Handle escalations related to delays, no-shows, or driver/customer issues.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, driver logs, and trip statuses.

• Communicate efficiently with drivers to confirm availability, share instructions, and manage any mid-trip changes.

• Collaborate with the customer service and driver recruitment teams for seamless operations.

• Ensure all dispatch activities adhere to company SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards.

• Share end-of-day reports and insights on service gaps or operational improvements.
