Job Description

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to join our team at Green Orchard & Decor. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹ 16,000 - ₹ 20,000 and opportunities for career growth. Depending on education level and responsibilities taken, salary can be increased.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage goods and keep record of stocks and storage.
Oversee loading of material handlers with handling/transporting of materials.
Identify and dispatch correct goods in the warehouse.
Ensure proper storage of items in the warehouse.
Ensure that labels for goods are updated accurately and that all goods and properties are stored in the correct location.
Ensure that all godown delivery challans are printed and then loading is done as per delivery challan.
Must be very proficient at simple mathematics to be able to make sales quotations. (Simple multiplication , addition, subtraction, division)
Must be alert while supervising loading / unloading of materials due to the variety and different types of material store in same warehouse.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 6 years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, people management/ deployment is required. Tally delivery challan printing and sales quotations calculation training will be given in detail.
