Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack cooked meals into appropriate containers, ensuring portion and quality standards

• Label orders clearly with customer details, meal contents and dispatch time

• Coordinate with delivery drivers/riders for timely hand-off

• Inspect packaging materials and inventory; request restocks as needed

• Keep packing and dispatch area clean, sanitized, and organized

• Report any shortages, equipment issues or order discrepancies to the kitchen supervisor
  
  Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a kitchen porter, food packer or in a similar role preferred

  • Good attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure

  • Basic literacy to read order tickets and labels

  • Physical stamina to stand, lift trays and boxes, and move around the kitchen

  • A hygienic, safety-first mindset; understanding of basic food-safety practices
