Key Responsibilities:
Pack cooked meals into appropriate containers, ensuring portion and quality standards
Label orders clearly with customer details, meal contents and dispatch time
Coordinate with delivery drivers/riders for timely hand-off
Inspect packaging materials and inventory; request restocks as needed
Keep packing and dispatch area clean, sanitized, and organized
Report any shortages, equipment issues or order discrepancies to the kitchen supervisor
Requirements:
Prior experience as a kitchen porter, food packer or in a similar role preferred
Good attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
Basic literacy to read order tickets and labels
Physical stamina to stand, lift trays and boxes, and move around the kitchen
A hygienic, safety-first mindset; understanding of basic food-safety practices
