Job Summary – Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage the end-to-end dispatch process of goods. The role includes preparing E-way bills, challans, and dispatch reports, along with supervising the loading process to ensure accuracy and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain E-way bills, challans, and other dispatch documents.

Generate and update dispatch reports for daily, weekly, and monthly records.

Supervise and coordinate loading activities to ensure goods are handled safely.

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.Verify product quantities and packaging before dispatch..

Maintain proper records of dispatched goods and ensure compliance with company and government regulations
