Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage the end-to-end dispatch process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatch operations within a manufacturing environment and possess strong knowledge of logistics coordination, documentation, Transporter Coordination, inventory movement, and courier management.

Responsibilities:

Handle daily dispatch operations and shipment planning.
Prepare Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, Invoices, and dispatch documents.
Coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.
Verify packing, labeling, and quantity before dispatch.
Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/MS Excel.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Sales teams.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of dispatch experience in a manufacturing company.
Knowledge of logistics, inventory, E-Way Bills, and dispatch documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
