Process daily online orders from e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Pick, pack, and dispatch products as per order details
Ensure accurate labeling, invoicing, and packaging of orders
Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries
Update order status, tracking details, and dispatch records in the system
Handle returns (RTO), exchanges, and damaged product reports
Maintain stock movement records and assist in inventory updates
Ensure dispatch timelines and quality standards are met
Keep the dispatch area clean, organized, and compliant with safety norms
