• Ensure all dispatch-related documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery challans, gate passes) is complete and accurate.

• Monitor vehicle movement and ensure real-time updates via GPS or tracking systems.

• Handle dispatch delays or emergencies and resolve issues proactively.

• Maintain records of daily dispatches, returns, and delivery confirmations.
