Job Title: Assistant – Planning (Excel Reports & Coordination) Department: Planning / Supply Chain Reports To: Hasin Location: Factory Office Job Summary: The Assistant – Planning will support the Demand Planner in preparing Excel-based reports, tracking order status, and following up with the Purchase and Production teams to ensure timely material availability and order completion. The role involves strong data management, communication, and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and update daily/weekly Excel reports related to sales orders, PR status, material availability, and production progress. • Maintain stock and planning trackers (raw materials, packaging materials, FG status). • Follow up with the Purchase Department regarding pending PRs, PO status, and supplier delivery timelines. • Coordinate with the Production Department to get updates on manufacturing schedules and readiness. • Support the Demand Planner in updating planning sheets for each order. • Help in data entry and tracking of Bill of Material (BOM) and FG readiness. • Prepare summary reports for management review (order progress, material pending, dispatch readiness, etc.). • Maintain proper records of communications and updates in shared Excel files or planning software. • Support other administrative tasks related to planning and coordination. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field. • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting, Formulas, etc.). • Basic understanding of purchase and production processes. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple follow-ups daily. • Experience in factory or manufacturing planning environment preferred.
