Job Summary

Bakingo is looking for dedicated and responsible Dispatch Executives to manage the timely dispatch of customer orders received through Swiggy, Zomato, and other online delivery platforms. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and dispatch orders from Swiggy, Zomato, ONDC, website, and other online platforms.

• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely pickup and dispatch of orders.

• Ensure every order is packed correctly with all required items before handover.

• Monitor order status and minimize dispatch delays.

• Maintain smooth coordination with the production and kitchen teams.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dispatch area and store at all times.

• Follow food safety and company SOPs.

• Report any order discrepancies or operational issues to the Store Manager.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatches and support daily store operations as required.

Requirements

• Experience in food delivery, cloud kitchen, QSR, bakery, restaurant, or retail operations is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and order management applications.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
