Job Description

Coordinate and manage daily dispatch of finished goods from the warehouse.
Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents.
Ensure correct packing, labeling, and loading of cables as per order specifications.
Coordinate with logistics/transporters for timely shipment and delivery.
Maintain dispatch records and update ERP or dispatch registers.
Verify order quantities and match them with dispatch documents before shipment.
Track dispatched shipments and provide delivery updates to the sales/operations team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and documentation procedures.
Handle transporter communication and resolve dispatch-related issues.
Support inventory and warehouse teams in stock verification related to dispatch.
