Job Description:

We are looking for a female Dispatch Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience to manage and coordinate daily dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling documentation and logistics coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods

Coordinate with logistics partners, transporters, and internal teams

Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and delivery challans

Monitor stock movement and update inventory systems

Follow up with transport agencies for shipment status and proof of delivery

Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures

Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery

Prepare basic reports related to logistics and dispatch

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch or logistics coordination

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle multitasking and work under deadlines

Female candidates preferred for this role

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
