Dispatch Executive

• Supervise daily dispatch operations across multiple hubs or warehouses.

• Ensure timely loading, unloading, and dispatch of products.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for daily dispatch planning.

• Maintain vehicle scheduling, routing, and monitoring of deliveries.

• Ensure proper documentation (invoices, delivery challans, etc.) is prepared and verified.

• Track vehicle movement via GPS and follow up on delivery statuses.

• Monitor packing, handling, and storage to maintain product quality during dispatch.

• Supervise and train dispatch staff and delivery personnel.

• Handle issues related to delays, shortages, or product damages in transit.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.

• Maintain records of dispatched items, vehicle logs, and delivery confirmations.

• Optimize dispatch routes and vehicle usage for cost efficiency.
