• Must have hands-on experience in processing orders from Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Ajio, Shopify, and WMS software like Unicommerce.

• Responsible for accurate and timely order dispatch from warehouse.

• Ensure zero errors and avoid wrong dispatches.

• Pick, pack, and ship orders as per order details and platform guidelines.

• Maintain order records in WMS and update dispatch status.

• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure smooth deliveries.

• Address any order discrepancies or returns efficiently.
