Dispatch Executive

• Plan and forecast logistics activities aligned with workload demands.
• Manage identification and disposition of inbound materials.
• Control plant and customer stock until shipment.
• Coordinate trucking for inbound/outbound shipments, including adherence to import/export regulations.
• Assign team tasks and enforce company and safety policies.
• Maintain and update shipping documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for shipment documentation and processes.
• Evaluate cost-control measures and automation opportunities.Facilitate operational meetings to promote best practices and process improvements.
• Track quality, quantity, stock levels, transport costs, and delivery efficiency.
• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce for productivity and safety.
• Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Fulfill regulatory and customs requirements for shipments.
• Use logistics and ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and transportation management software.
