Dispatch Executive

Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules in coordination with production and sales teams.

Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods as per customer requirements.

Prepare dispatch documents like invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills, and transport documents.

Coordinate with transporters and track vehicle movement to ensure on-time deliveries.

Maintain accurate records of dispatches, transport charges, and delivery status.

Address issues related to delays, damage, or discrepancies in deliveries.

Ensure proper packaging and labeling of materials before dispatch.

Handle communication with clients and update them on dispatch status.

Ensure compliance with logistics and transportation regulations.

Maintain coordination with warehouse and inventory teams for stock availability.
