Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities
● Pick, pack, and prepare daily customer orders with accuracy (pet food, medicines, and related items).

● Print delivery manifests and assign deliveries efficiently for e-commerce orders.

● Plan delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery time.

● Coordinate with delivery staff and, when needed, assist with fetching products from racks.

● Oversee and ensure timely dispatch of all orders each day.

● Keep the sales team updated about order dispatch status, delivery issues, and delays.

● Maintain records of orders, delivery assignments, and any issues.

● Ensure proper handling of high-value and fragile medicines.

● Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in the warehouse.
