Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and prioritize calls or work orders for transportation, delivery, or service.

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, technicians, or service vehicles to appropriate locations based on urgency, location, and availability.

• Monitor vehicle locations and status using GPS tracking systems or other software.

• Communicate effectively with field personnel to relay assignments, updates, or changes.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in troubleshooting issues or delays and implement contingency plans when necessary.

• Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, customer service, or operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or a related field is an asset.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS systems, and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
