Our Client is a high end organic spice manufacturing company located in Greater Noida.
Location - Greater Noida (Kasna, warehouse)
Working days - Mon-sat
Job Purpose -
The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing the complete finished-goods dispatch process from receipt of dispatch instructions through warehouse coordination, stock verification, order picking, loading, documentation, transporter coordination, and final shipment handover.
The role requires strong coordination with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Sales, Accounts, Logistics and Transporters to ensure accurate, timely and compliant dispatches while maintaining proper inventory and documentation controls.

1. Finished Goods Dispatch
2. Warehouse & Stock Coordination
3. Transporter & Vehicle Management
4. Dispatch Documentation & Compliance
5. ERP / System Operations
6. Loading & Material Handling
7. Interdepartmental Coordination
Preferred Experience -
• 3- 5 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Experience in spice manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, packaged foods or
similar manufacturing industries preferred.
