We’re looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our Operations team at our Goregaon East office. You’ll be responsible for managing order dispatch, coordinating with courier services, and using tools like Shopify and EasyEcom to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
Handle daily packing and dispatch of orders from our in-house facility.
Coordinate with logistics partners (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart) for timely pickups.
Print and manage shipping labels, invoices, and pick lists.
Update and track order statuses using Shopify and EasyEcom.
Manage returns, exchanges, and RTO (Return to Origin) processes.
Maintain accurate dispatch and inventory movement records.
Ensure packaging quality and brand standards are maintained.
Work closely with production, quality control, and customer support teams.
1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/e-commerce fulfillment.
Basic working knowledge of Shopify and EasyEcom (order management, status updates, printing slips).
Familiarity with courier portals like Shiprocket.
Comfortable with computers, printing, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Punctual, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work full-time on-site in Goregaon East, Mumbai.
