Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Processing & Dispatch:

• Download orders and print invoices and shipping labels from platforms like EasyEcom, Amazon, Myntra, etc.

• Prioritize and process orders according to predefined timelines and SLAs

• Ensure order accuracy by verifying that each packed item matches the corresponding invoice and product details

2. Packing:

• Use appropriate branded packaging materials based on product type and platform-specific guidelines

• Ensure all parcels are securely packed, properly sealed, and labeled correctly

• Maintain consistency and quality standards across all packed shipments

3. Courier Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate daily pickups with assigned courier partners

• Handover ready parcels to courier personnel against accurate manifests

• Maintain signed proofs of dispatch and detailed handover logs for audit and tracking purposes

4. Daily Documentation & Tracking:

• Maintain a daily log of all dispatched orders in a structured format

• Track, organize, and file dispatch manifests and shipping logs for internal records and reconciliation
