Dispatch Executive

4) Order Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of dispatched orders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on delivery status is available to customers and internal teams.
5) Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational issues, such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, or traffic congestion, by implementing contingency plans and making real-time decisions to minimize disruptions to the dispatch process.
